1.1.	Ўзбекистон Республикасининг 2023 йил 18 январдаги ЎРҚ-814-сон “Корпоратив бошқарув тизими янада такомиллаштирилиши муносабати билан Ўзбекистон Республикасининг айрим қонун ҳужжатларига ўзгартириш ва қўшимчалар киритиш тўғрисида"ги Қонуни, Жамият кузатув кенгашининг 2022 йил 30 декабрдаги мажлис баённомаси ҳамда Жамият ягона акциядорининг 2022 йил 31 декабрдаги 34-сон қарори маълумот учун қабул қилинсин.
1.2.	Жамият тасарруфидаги “Hududgaz Logistika” унитар корхонаси фаолиятини Жамиятга қўшиб олиш орқали қайта ташкил этилсин.
1.3.	Жамиятнинг Устави иловага мувофиқ янги таҳрирда тасдиқлансин.
1.4.	Жамиятнинг ижроия органи (Турдибаев) амалдаги қонун ҳужжатларига мувофиқ Жамият тасарруфидаги “Hududgaz Logistika” унитар корхонаси фаолиятини Жамиятга қўшиб олиш орқали қайта ташкил этиш хамда Жамиятнинг янги таҳрирдаги Уставини давлат рўйхатидан ўтказишга қаратилган тадбирларни амалга оширилишини таъминласин.
