Competitive selection of the head of the executive body of JSC "Dori-Darmon"

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On joint-stock companies and protection of shareholders' rights", the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 24.04.2015g. DP-4720 "On measures for the introduction of modern methods of corporate governance in joint stock companies", and according to the protocol decision of the Committee on the nominations of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Dori-Darmon" №1 from 01.03.2017g. announces competitive selection the head of the executive body of JSC "Dori-Darmon".

The shareholders, foreign managers, competitors, the ministries and departments, as well as other persons authorized in accordance with the law to make nominations to the executive body of the Company, can make their nominations for the post of head of the executive body of JSC "Dori-Darmon" within a period not later than 15 March 2017. by sending the required information in accordance with the Rules of the candidatures for the post of head of the executive body of JSC "Dori-Darmon" Nominating Committee of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Detailed information on the procedure of selection, as well as a list of information needed to provide the Committee on the nominations at the Supervisory Board of the Company for the purpose of competitive selection are reflected in the Rules of selection of candidates for the post of head of the executive body of JSC "Dori-Darmon".
